Pinehurst Country Club is seeking a friendly, energetic, and service-oriented Beverage Cart Attendant to provide exceptional hospitality to members and guests on the golf course. This position is responsible for operating the
beverage cart safely and efficiently, serving food and beverages, maintaining
inventory, processing transactions, and delivering premier country club.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Operate the beverage cart throughout the golf course in a safe, professional, and courteous manner.
• Provide outstanding customer service to members and guests by
anticipating needs and ensuring a positive experience.
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with state and
local regulations.
• Offer food, snacks, and beverage selections while promoting daily specials and club offerings.
• Accurately process member charge transactions.
• Restock products before, during, and after shifts.
• Ensure the beverage cart is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
• Verify identification and enforce responsible alcohol service policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with health
department regulations.
• Build positive relationships with members and guests through professional and engaging interactions.
• Assist with golf tournaments, special events, and club functions as needed.
• Complete opening and closing duties.
• Follow all club policies, safety procedures, and service standards.
Qualifications
• Previous customer service, food and beverage, hospitality, or golf course experience preferred.
• Must meet state requirements for alcohol service certification (or obtain
certification upon hire).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong cash-handling and basic math skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to safely operate a golf cart and navigate the golf course.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and service-focused.
Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, and drive for extended periods.
• Frequently lift and carry up to 30 pounds; occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat,
humidity, wind, and rain.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
Schedule
• Flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, holidays, tournaments, and special events.
• Seasonal and part-time opportunities available.

Compensation: $21.00 plus gratuities
