<p>The Marketing Creative Operations & Design Manager will serve as the connective tissue between strategy and execution across Found's marketing creative output. This role owns creative intake, trafficking, and rapid-turn design support—enabling the team to move faster, test more, and maintain a consistent brand presence across every channel. Reporting to the Senior Director of Brand Marketing & Communications, you'll partner closely with the wider marketing team and our agencies to improve quality and raise our overall creative velocity.</p>
<h2>What You'll Do</h2>
<p><strong>Creative Operations & Project Management</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Own the end-to-end creative intake and prioritization process across all marketing requests</li>
<li>Build and maintain trafficking workflows to coordinate deliverables across agencies and freelancers</li>
<li>Establish clear briefing standards, timelines, and feedback loops to reduce revision cycles</li>
<li>Track creative project status and proactively surface blockers to marketing leadership</li>
<li>Develop and iterate on systems that improve team-wide visibility into creative pipeline</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>In-House Design Support</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide rapid-turn design execution across channel needs</li>
<li>Produce high-quality assets including social graphics, email templates, and landing page visuals</li>
<li>Comfortable leveraging AI tools to accelerate and scale creative production</li>
<li>Maintain and evolve a scalable asset library and design template system for internal use</li>
<li>Improve testing velocity by reducing reliance on external creative turnaround for iterative content</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Brand Consistency & Quality Control</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Serve as a brand guardian, reviewing assets across teams to ensure visual and tonal alignment and compliance</li>
<li>Maintain and update brand guidelines documentation as the visual identity evolves</li>
<li>Audit creative output across agencies and freelancers, providing actionable feedback to close gaps</li>
<li>Partner with marketing leadership to codify standards for new channels and formats</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Agency & Freelancer Coordination</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage day-to-day relationships with agencies and freelance designers</li>
<li>Oversee onboarding, scoping, and performance tracking for external creative partners</li>
<li>Ensure external partners are briefed efficiently and delivering against timelines and quality standards</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to reduce external dependency over time by building internal capability</li>
</ul>
<h2>Required Experience & Skills</h2>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience in creative operations, in-house design, or a hybrid marketing/design role</li>
<li>Strong hands-on design skills with proficiency in Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent tools</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience managing creative workflows across internal teams and external vendors</li>
<li>Ability to produce polished, on-brand assets across digital formats quickly and independently</li>
<li>Strong project management instincts with experience tracking multiple concurrent workstreams</li>
<li>Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency across touchpoints</li>
<li>Clear communicator who can give and receive creative feedback constructively</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience in healthcare, consumer tech, or another regulated industry</li>
<li>Familiarity with project management tools (Notion or similar)</li>
<li>Experience scaling creative operations in a high-growth environment</li>
<li>Understanding of performance marketing principles and how creative connects to testing strategy</li>
<li>Self-starter comfortable building systems from scratch and improving processes over time</li>
<li>Genuine interest in how technology can make quality healthcare more accessible</li>
