As an Associate Product Manager, you will help shape the next generation of ThoughtSpot's AI-powered analytics products, including the experiences built on ThoughtSpot CodeX, our developer platform for embedding intelligence directly into applications and workflows. You will work alongside senior PMs, engineers, and designers to define and deliver product experiences that make data exploration feel natural, intuitive, and powerful for every user — regardless of technical depth. This is an ideal role for a curious, data-savvy builder who is ready to grow quickly in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
What You'll Do:
Partner with senior Product Managers to define and execute the roadmap for AI-powered and Generative AI features across ThoughtSpot's core platform and CodeX developer experiences
Develop a working understanding of AI/ML capabilities — including natural language querying, agentic workflows, and augmented insights — to contribute meaningfully to product decisions
Write clear, detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that enable engineering and design teams to build with confidence
Synthesize customer research, field feedback, and usage data to surface actionable insights that inform feature prioritization
Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and GTM teams to drive features from discovery through launch
Support go-to-market efforts by contributing to product collateral, internal enablement materials, demo narratives, and release communications
Track and report on key product metrics post-launch, identifying trends and flagging opportunities for iteration
Engage directly with customers and customer success teams to deepen understanding of real-world use cases and pain points
Assist in competitive analysis and market research to help ThoughtSpot maintain its edge in the AI analytics space
What You Bring:
0–2 years of experience in product management, product operations, business analysis, or a closely related field — internship and co-op experience welcome
Genuine curiosity about AI, Generative AI, and how large language models are reshaping analytics, search, and developer tooling
Strong analytical mindset — you are comfortable with data, enjoy digging into metrics, and default to evidence-based thinking
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to distill complexity into clear, concise narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments — you don't wait to be told what to do
Basic familiarity with enterprise SaaS products or cloud-based analytics platforms is a plus
Exposure to or interest in developer platforms, APIs, or embedded analytics (relevant to ThoughtSpot CodeX) is a plus
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills — you follow through and close the loop
A genuine passion for building products that help people make smarter decisions with data
