This is a hands-on, individual contributor role focused on campaign execution, coordination, and performance tracking across multiple channels.</p> <p>You’ll work closely with senior demand gen leaders, product marketing, and marketing operations to bring campaigns to life and ensure programs launch on time and perform effectively.</p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">In this role, y</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">ou will also be responsible for:</span></p> <ul> <li> <p>Supporting the execution of <strong>integrated demand generation campaigns</strong> across email, webinars/events, paid media, content, and website</p> </li> <li> <p>Building and launching campaigns in marketing automation tools (emails, landing pages, forms, nurture programs)</p> </li> <li> <p>Coordinating campaign timelines, assets, and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery</p> </li> <li> <p>Partnering with Product Marketing to apply messaging and positioning to campaign assets</p> </li> <li> <p>Working with Sales and SDR teams to support campaign follow-up and enablement materials</p> </li> <li> <p>Tracking and reporting on campaign performance (leads, engagement, MQLs, pipeline contribution)</p> </li> <li> <p>QA campaigns before launch to ensure accuracy and best practices</p> </li> <li> <p>Assisting with A/B testing, optimization, and post-campaign analysis</p> </li> <li> <p>Maintaining campaign documentation, calendars, and reporting dashboards</p> </li> </ul> <h1><strong>Requirements</strong></h1> <h3><strong>Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p>2–4 years of experience in <strong>B2B marketing, demand generation, or campaign marketing</strong></p> </li> <li> <p>Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, etc.)</p> </li> <li> <p>Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once</p> </li> <li> <p>Comfort working from established campaign frameworks and processes</p> </li> <li> <p>Analytical mindset with interest in learning campaign measurement and optimization</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong written and verbal communication skills</p> </li> </ul> <h3><strong>Nice to Have</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p>Experience in B2B SaaS or technology marketing</p> </li> <li> <p>Exposure to webinars, virtual events, or field marketing programs</p> </li> <li> <p>Basic understanding of demand gen metrics and funnel stages</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience supporting ABM or targeted account campaigns</p> </li> </ul> <p>The pay for this role may range from $100,000 to $130,000, plus variable, benefits, perks, and equity.</p> <p><span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">#LI-NJ1</span></p> <p><strong>(REQ ID: 2515)</strong></p>
