We need a driven and open-minded person who wants to take part in something big and assumes responsibility and execution for the success of an innovative eCommerce automation platform.</p> <p><br>As a Product Designer, you’ll be working closely with the product and R&amp;D teams for the goal of taking AutoDS to new heights. You will be involved with each and every aspect of our product, designing end-to-end user experiences and optimizations – from early prototypes to final implementation and you will also contribute to the development of our product style guidelines and design system.<br><br></p> <p><strong>Job Type: </strong>Remote, full-time.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Develop UI/UX designs based on user research and benchmarking to support optimal decision-making.</li> <li>Work cross-functionally with the Product and Dev Team to facilitate design discussions and provide feedback in planning and product channels.</li> <li>Create design concepts and wireframes focused on conversion optimization and user engagement.</li> <li>Knowledge of accessibility principles and mobile-first design methodologies.</li> <li>Immerse deeply in the product to propose and develop improved UX flows.</li> <li>Utilize and enhance our design system to create flows, prototypes, sketches, high-fidelity visuals, and clickable prototypes for your features.</li> <li>Pay close attention to the nuances of our product legacy, maintaining a high standard of design and functionality.</li> <li>Keep up-to-date with the latest UI trends and incorporate these into our designs to enhance user experience.</li> <li>Conduct surveys and utilize analytics to inform design decisions and improvements</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Requirements: </strong><strong><br></strong><strong><br><br></strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 3 years experience as a Product Designer at a product company</li> <li>A portfolio that displays professional UI/UX design work across web and mobile web.</li> <li>Proficiency in Figma, HTML, CSS (SCSS), Design Systems and Token Studio for Figma.</li> <li>Understanding of Ant Design Framework and components</li> <li>Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.</li> <li>Experience working with Product Managers to develop the strategy and rationale for features.</li> <li>Capable of effectively presenting and advocating for one's own design work.</li> <li>Skilled in multitasking and prioritizing tasks efficiently</li> <li>Attention to detail – ensures all designs meet pixel-perfect standards before handoff.</li> <li>Time management – handles multiple projects and prioritizes fast-moving growth-related tasks efficiently.</li> </ul> <p><br><strong>Advantage (would be a plus):</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in E-commerce stores design&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Ready to take your career to the next level with <strong>AutoDS</strong>?
