# 1st Shift Powder Coater **Location:** Mansfield, OH **Schedule:** Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM or 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM **Pay:** Starting at **$15.00/hour**, based on experience ## Job Summary We are seeking an experienced **Powder Coater** to join our manufacturing team in Mansfield, OH. This is a first-shift/second- shift opportunity for someone with previous powder coating experience who takes pride in producing high-quality finished products. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining quality and safety standards in a fast-paced production environment. ## Responsibilities - Apply powder coating to metal parts and components - Prepare products for coating by cleaning, masking, and staging materials - Operate powder coating equipment safely and efficiently - Inspect coated products to ensure quality, consistency, and proper coverage - Perform touch-ups or rework as needed - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Follow all company safety policies and production procedures - Work with team members to meet daily production goals ## Qualifications - Previous **powder coating experience is required** - Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds - Strong attention to detail and quality - Ability to follow written and verbal instructions - Dependable attendance and strong work ethic - Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment ## Why Join Our Team? - Full-time, steady first-shift schedule - Monday through Friday – weekends off - Competitive pay based on experience - Opportunity to work with an established manufacturing team - Stable work environment with room for growth IND2
