The role of the Change Management Consultant is to deliver consultative services directly to our clients and to build relationships with our stakeholders and project teams. You will play a key role in ensuring projects and change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage of our technical solutions focused in Microsoft 365. You will support the identification and mobilization of a change network for our clients and provide change management expertise in the areas of change strategy & planning, communications, training, and user adoption support. This is a hybrid role based in our Houston, TX office.
