Job description
We are currently seeking a Temporary Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a twelve-week assignment to assist with data processing for registration and submissions.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Proactively collecting information for processing
• Maintaining accurate records and data entry
• Clearly communicating submissions that cannot be processed and following escalation procedures
• Responding to submissions and basic inquiries
• Assisting with related tasks as assigned
What You'll Need
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience in data entry (preferred)
• Previous inbound or outbound call center experience (preferred)
• Aptitude for quickly learning and navigating new systems
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Detail-oriented with attention to accuracy required
• Strong organizational and time management skills required
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
Available Shifts
The available shifts for this role are:
• 8am-5pm, Monday - Friday
