Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support our Customer Care Manager as part of providing services to our customers. This role will be responsible for supporting clients, internal and external reporting, invoicing, accruals, process overviews, performing research, and developing and updating process workflows. The ideal candidate will have experience with Data Warehousing Tools, Word, Excel, and Visio to support data-driven decision-making and operational efficiencies.Job Description:
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support our Customer Care Manager as part of providing services to our customers. This role will be responsible for supporting clients, internal and external reporting, invoicing, accruals, process overviews, performing research, and developing and updating process workflows. The ideal candidate will have experience with Data Warehousing Tools, Word, Excel, and Visio to support data-driven decision-making and operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support
- Day to Day support of our customers using our proprietary solutions.
- Contract financial tracking and reporting
- Collaborate with stakeholders
- Reporting & Data Management:
- Develop, maintain, and generate reports using Data Warehousing Tools and Excel to support business and client needs.
- Analyze data trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of reporting data by validating and reconciling discrepancies.
- Process & Workflow Documentation:
- Design and document workflows, business processes, and standard operating procedures.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
- Research & Analysis:
- Conduct research to support operational and strategic initiatives.
- Gather and analyze business requirements to support system enhancements and new projects.
- Work cross-functionally with IT, Product, R&D, Operations, and Client teams to ensure project alignment with business goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technical or software platform environment.
- Proficiency in Data Warehousing Tools, Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros), and Visio.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to document and map business processes effectively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience working in an enterprise software or SaaS environment.
