Job Title: Senior Manager, US Portfolio Marketing, Rare Blood Disorders
Location: Cambridge, MA
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Manager of US Portfolio Marketing that will develop and lead marketing projects and operations important to the success of the team.
The Senior Manager, US Portfolio Marketing role reports to the Head, US Portfolio Marketing and will have a focus on the Hemophilia Franchise. This role will be responsible for supporting a cohesive strategy across the team by working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
Cross-Functional Excellence
Core partner to Associate Director, Hemophilia Franchise to support implementation of the One Hemophilia Approach and Strategy across the PSS Team
Commercial (CoRe, Clinical Educator, FRM) Execution Lea
Creation and implementation of resources (unbranded and branded) for PSS Field Team
Collaborative partner with PSS Training Team for resource implementation
Strategic Leadership
Representative for Hem Franchise on CE Field Advisory Board with insight exchange provided
Representative for Hem Franchise on CoRe Field Advisory Board with insight exchange provided
Support AD of Hemophilia Franchise Marketing with implementation of Global tactics assets for PSS Team
Core contributor to the Hemophilia Franchise Marketing Plan
World Hemophilia Day implementation for PSS Team
Marketing Excellence
Implementation of One Hem Tactics across US Patient National Congresses
Representative on Congress Planning Calls (PSS Focus)
AOR management in partnership with AD of Hemophilia Franchise Marketing
About You
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree (Marketing degree is preferred)
3 years of experience in marketing at a pharmaceutical/healthcare or biotech company, and/or experience in an advertising/marketing firm serving pharmaceutical/healthcare or biotech companies
Ability to travel ~25%.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Promotional Review Board (PRB)
Experience working with business line (BL) teams
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
Excellent collaboration skills and ability to partner effectively with cross-functional partners.
Experience managing creative agencies and/or other third-party vendors
Demonstrated abilities to prioritize and manage multiple projects
Strong business acumen and demonstrate understanding of the business environment, communication, and presentation skills
Experience working in the legal and regulatory landscape pertaining to pharmaceutical marketing: including medical/legal/regulatory review committee process
Well organized and detail oriented.
Desire to learn, develop and grow within the role and team
Experience with Veeva 4M PromoMats preferred.

The salary range for this position is:
$122,250.00 - $176,583.33All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
