An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.</p> <p>Are you the one we are looking for?<br><br></p> <p>As our Front-End Engineer, you will own the user interface and client-side logic of our application. You will work closely with our Full-Stack and AI engineers to bring complex workflows—such as pipeline tracking, real-time messaging, and data visualization—to life.<br><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain highly responsive user interfaces using React and Next.js.</li> <li>Build interactive UI components for complex user journeys, such as drag-and-drop workflow trackers, calendar/scheduling interfaces, and talent profiles.</li> <li>Implement intuitive data visualization dashboards displaying operational metrics and business intelligence for different user types (clients, internal staff, and talent).</li> <li>Consume RESTful APIs to integrate real-time communication and third-party services into the user-facing application.</li> <li>Ensure a seamless, accessible, and high-performance user experience across all devices.</li> <li>Collaborate using GitHub, participating in code reviews and agile sprints to meet tight feature delivery deadlines.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>3+ years of professional front-end development experience.</li> <li>Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, modern JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind, Styled Components).</li> <li>Experience handling complex state management and consuming APIs.</li> <li>Familiarity with building data-heavy dashboards and interactive tools (charts, tables, scheduling views) is a plus.</li> <li>Solid understanding of Git/GitHub version control workflows.</li> <li>Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.</li> </ul> <div lang="EN-US"> <p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,500 - $2,500 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">This position is for an independent contractor,&nbsp;through a payroll platform.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">This person will work on the main Brazil Time Zone: <strong>GMT -03</strong></span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Here are the steps for this process:</strong><br><br>Application review/approval <strong>&gt;</strong> Up to three rounds of interview with GoFasti's team and a coding assessment <strong>&gt; H</strong>iring and onboarding.&nbsp;</span></p> </div><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Once you apply for the job, our team will review your resume.
