Lead Data Analyst (Remote)

In this role, you'll be part of a dynamic Risk Adjustment team focused on enhancing healthcare through technology. Your contributions will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and performance of crucial data operations, directly impacting revenue accuracy and compliance. • Monitor and manage the end-to-end data flow for submissions to vendors and government agencies.
• Own the claim and supplemental submission workflow for CMS Encounter Data System submissions.
• Develop data pipeline tracking reports and analyze, research, and resolve data errors.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Risk Adjustment teams.
• Assist with tracking and implementing risk adjustment initiatives and strategies.
• Create and update policies and procedures regarding the encounter process.

• Two years of experience with Medicare Risk Adjustment and CMS Encounter Data System submissions.
• At least two years of programming experience using SQL, Python, and R.
• Experience in building operational dashboards.
• Self-starter with high motivation and drive to execute tasks at a high level.
