Job description
Position Summary
Responsibilities:
- Assist with credit card statement reconciliation
- Post payments to customer accounts and make bank deposits
- Follow up on past due customer accounts
- Assist with vendor invoice entry
- Assist with customer invoicing
- Answer phones
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Previous experience in accounts payable and/or receivable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience using QuickBooks is a plus
- Associated degree in accounting or related field
