Role Overview

The Business Analyst Program is designed for high-potential graduates from the Class of 2026 seeking an intensive, apprenticeship-style start to their careers. Analysts work directly with senior leadership across Renaissance and Solon on live engagements spanning strategy, transactions, and investment initiatives across Pakistan, Africa, and other frontier and developed markets. This role offers early responsibility, steep learning, and exposure to both advisory and investing contexts in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct industry, market, and competitive analysis
• Support development of financial models and analytical frameworks
• Contribute to due diligence and transaction execution
• Synthesize insights into clear, structured presentations
• Support investment research and cross-sector studies
• Assist in fundraising and investor communication processes
• Work closely with senior professionals on cross-border engagements

Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications

• Final-year undergraduate student (Class of 2026) or recent graduate from Lahore University of Management Sciences
• Strong academic performance
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
• High attention to detail and structured approach to work
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to break down ambiguous problems into structured approaches

Note: Prior experience in consulting or finance is not required.
