People Data and Operations Coordinator (Nashville, TN)Job Description
As a People Data and Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate input and processing of sensitive personnel and organizational related data. Answering, managing and resolving issues in an expeditious and professional manner are also key aspects of this role. This position entails a high responsibility in terms of data compliance and privacy.
Your role:
Validate and approve personnel changes in the HRIS system (Workday) within three business days, while creating and maintaining supervisory organizations and ensuring accurate management of job, salary, and personal data not interfaced between systems. Also, analyze and resolve discrepancies between HRIS and payroll systems.
Provide prompt, accurate responses to employee inquiries (1.5 business days average) using a case management system and assisting cross-functional teams with their requests to ensure all queries are handled professionally and efficiently.
Engages actively in LEAN process improvement activities, constantly seeking ways to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of processes and operations. Additionally, act as the expert on local HRIS, policies, and procedures to maintain compliance with Internal Control Standards (ICS) through accurate documentation and auditing. Collaborate with the global HRIS team on Workday system enhancements
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience with Bachelor's (preferred), OR 4+ years of experience with Vocational training or High School diploma in Human Resources, Process Optimization, Payroll Management, Accounting, HR Technology and Digitization or equivalent.
Your skills include Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), Employee Data Management, Documentation & Reporting, Data Harmonization & Processing, and HR Service Delivery. Experience with systems such as Workday, ADP Globalview, CMS, or SAP HRIS is a plus.
You have a Bachelor's (preferred), Vocational training or High School diploma or an equivalent level of education.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
You demonstrate strong attention to detail, proactive problem solving, persuasive and assertive communication, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $24.00 to $38.00.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives, may be offered. Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Nashville, TN.
