Toters Internship Program - Strategy

Strategy Interns at Toters support the Strategy team in driving insights, improving performance, and shaping key initiatives across the business. They work closely with teams across commercial, finance, marketing, and product to analyze data, conduct research, and contribute to projects that help scale the business. This role is ideal for candidates who are curious, analytical, and eager to learn in a dynamic startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Research & Analysis: Support market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, benchmark performance, and highlight growth opportunities.
• Data & Insights: Assist in analyzing business performance, tracking key metrics, and translating data into actionable insights.
• Project Support: Contribute to ongoing strategic projects by preparing materials, tracking progress, and supporting execution across teams.
• Reporting & Presentations: Help create clear and structured reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with different teams to gather information, align on priorities, and support company-wide initiatives.
• Ad Hoc Support: Assist the Strategy team with day-to-day tasks and special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (or similar tools)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to automate workflows, streamline repetitive tasks, and improve productivity is a strong plus.
