<h2>We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant / Office Manager to provide comprehensive support to the executive leadership team while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. This dual role requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can anticipate needs, and effectively manage both administrative and operational responsibilities.</h2> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Executive Support – 75%</span></p> <p>· Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.</p> <p>· Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports.</p> <p>· Act as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners.</p> <p>· Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.</p> <p>· Coordinate board meetings, prepare agendas and content.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Office Management – 20%&nbsp;</span></p> <p>· Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, facilities, and vendor management.</p> <p>· Manage office budgets, expense reports, and purchasing processes.</p> <p>· Implement and maintain office policies, procedures, and organizational systems.</p> <p>· Contribute as part of a team in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and team-building activities.</p> <p>· Serve as the primary point of contact for building management and office vendors.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">People &amp; Culture Support – 5%&nbsp;</span></p> <p>· Assist with onboarding of new hires and coordination of HR processes.</p> <p>· Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.</p> <p>· Maintain employee records and support compliance with HR policies and practices.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>· 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or in a similar administrative role.</p> <p>· Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.</p> <p>· Strong written and verbal communication skills.</p> <p>· High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Workfront, etc).</p> <p>· Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Co-Pilot, Gemini, etc.), exercising discretion and best practices.</p> <p>· Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Preferred Skills</p> <p>· Experience supporting C-Suite executives.</p> <p>· Event planning and coordination background.</p> <p>· Tech-savvy with the ability to streamline workflows and implement productivity tools.</p><div class="content-conclusion"><h3 class="p2">BarkleyOKRP’s <span data-teams="true">Commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion + Belonging</span></h3> <ul> <li><span data-teams="true">At BarkleyOKRP, DEI+B drives work that matters.
