Role Summary:
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CxO team. This role demands exceptional organizational capability, advanced presentation and analytical skills, strong business communication, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
The incumbent will serve as a strategic partner to leadership, ensuring seamless coordination, efficient time management, and structured execution across executive priorities. Flexibility to work across time zones and extended hours, when required, is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive & Calendar Management
- Manage complex and dynamic calendars, including prioritization of competing demands
- Coordinate meetings across stakeholders and time zones
- Prepare executive briefs, agendas, and background documentation
Communication & Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as a primary liaison between the CxO team and internal/external stakeholders
- Draft and review executive correspondence and communication materials
- Track action items, ensuring timely follow-through and closure
- Maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive information
Presentations, Reporting & Analysis
- Develop high-quality presentations for board meetings, investor updates, and leadership reviews
- Prepare analytical reports and dashboards using advanced Excel functions (formulas, pivot tables, data interpretation)
- Consolidate cross-functional inputs into structured executive summaries
Operational & Strategic Support
- Support execution of strategic initiatives and special projects
- Monitor key business metrics and deadlines
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment to ensure smooth operational cadence
- Proactively anticipate executive needs and provide solutions
