Global Technical Office Manager

As Technical Office Manager, you will shape the technical foundation of our global office/facility space experience. You’ll ensure that our 14 offices deliver a seamless, secure, and inspiring workplace -where technology just works. 

This role bridges workplace operations and technical coordination. You will combine hands-on execution with structured governance, working closely with Office Managers, Tech, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure that meeting room technology, booking systems, physical infrastructure, and office relocations run smoothly and consistently across all locations. 

You will be part of the First Impression team based in Stockholm, while your scope and impact span all our global offices. 

You will play a central role in defining standards, building structure, and turning complex office environments into simple, reliable, and scalable experiences for our employees. 

Travel will be part of the role as you visit offices, support projects, and build strong cross-city collaboration.
