Lead operations for Flo’s expanding London headquarters during a high-growth phase. You will serve as the single point of accountability for workplace excellence, balancing hands-on vendor management and health and safety compliance with strategic initiatives like office scaling and culture building. What you will do:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and vendor performance for the London office, ensuring a premium, high-functioning workplace experience for all staff.

  • Partner with People Ops and IT to enhance employee experience, from seamless onboarding to organizing local wellbeing and team-building events.

The ideal candidate:

  • 5+ years of experience in Office Management or Workplace Operations, specifically within fast-paced, high-growth technology environments.

  • Proven track record of independently managing external vendors and navigating complex UK health and safety and workplace compliance regulations.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to remain decisive and calm when handling real-time operational challenges or office transitions.
