Service Account Manager - Field

Overview

Polk Mechanical is seeking a Service Account Manager - Field responsible for managing client relationships, driving service sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role serves as the primary point of contact for service clients and supports growth of service agreements and recurring revenue.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned client accounts
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Identify and pursue service sales opportunities
• Coordinate service delivery and customer needs
• Support pricing, proposals, and contract development
• Monitor account performance and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with service and operations teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-7+ years in service, sales, or account management
• Experience in construction or technical service industry preferred
• Strong customer relationship skills
• Sales and negotiation abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts
