Job description
At Clark Retirement, we understand that providing exceptional resident care starts with having the right team members in place. Our Scheduler plays a vital role in ensuring our nursing and care teams have the staffing coverage they need to support the health, safety, and well-being of our residents every day.
As a Scheduler, you’ll do more than create schedules — you’ll help keep our community running smoothly by coordinating staffing needs, managing schedule changes, and working closely with nursing leadership and department supervisors. You’ll serve as a primary point of contact for scheduling questions, help resolve staffing conflicts, monitor attendance and overtime, and ensure accurate documentation of employee hours and timekeeping information.
At Clark Retirement, we value teamwork, communication, and compassion. Your organization, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to changing needs will help ensure our staff are supported and our residents continue to receive the quality care they deserve.
As a BHI Senior Living Community, our team is united in mission. We lead with compassion and provide opportunities for our employees to grow and thrive professionally.
Why You’ll Love Working Here:
At Clark Retirement, we know a fulfilling career is about more than a paycheck.
We offer:
- Base pay between $21-25 per hour
-
Health benefits for full- and part-time team members (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Long/Short-Term Disability)
-

-
401K with matching contributions
-
Professional development, tuition reimbursement, scholarships, and training programs to help you grow and thrive
-
On-site gym, on-site pool, daily pay option, telehealth, and Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
-
A supportive, team-oriented environment that values collaboration, organization, and excellence in resident care
-
The opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping ensure appropriate staffing and supporting the teams who care for our residents
In This Role You Will:
-
Develop and maintain employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing coverage across all shifts while making the best use of available staff resources
-
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee scheduling questions, requests, and adjustments
-
Work closely with nursing leadership, department heads, supervisors, and team members to address scheduling concerns and resolve conflicts
-

-

-

-
Ensure accurate documentation of worked hours, overtime, shift differentials, bonus pay, paid time off, bereavement, jury duty, and department or unit transfers on employee schedules and timecards

-
Maintain confidentiality of employee and resident information in accordance with organizational policies and HIPAA requirements
-
Communicate clearly and professionally with employees, leadership, residents, families, and other visitors
-
Follow organizational policies and procedures, complete required training, and report concerns to leadership promptly
-
Assist with other duties as assigned
Who You Are:
-
