Position: Customer Service Specialist
📍 Sanford, FL (Onsite)🕒 Monday–Friday | 7:30am–4:00pm | Full-Time

West Shore Home is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to support our Lexington branch. In this role, you’ll work directly with customers to resolve post-installation service needs, coordinate service appointments, and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
This is a fast-paced customer service role focused on communication, problem-solving, and relationship building.
What You’ll Do

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Assist customers with post-installation service requests
Schedule service appointments and coordinate necessary follow-up
Order replacement parts through manufacturers when needed
Communicate schedule updates and service timelines to customers
Escalate urgent customer concerns to branch leadership when appropriate

Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and stay organized
Positive, solution-oriented mindset
Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Previous customer service experience preferred
