Jones Advisors is seeking a Sales Administrative Assistant for one of our clients located in the Raleigh area.

Paving Professionals is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Sales Administrative Assistant to help keep our sales department running smoothly!

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, stays organized, and takes pride in getting things done. You'll help manage incoming sales leads, follow up with customers, schedule estimates, and provide everyday office support.

This is a great opportunity for someone with administrative or customer service experience who wants to be part of a growing company.

What You'll Be Doing

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers.
• Enter new sales leads and customer information into our system.
• Follow up with potential customers by phone and email.
• Schedule estimates and appointments for the sales team.
• Keep customer records and lead information organized and updated.
• Assist with data entry, filing, scanning, and general paperwork.
• Help organize sales documents, estimates, and proposals.
• Communicate appointment details and customer updates to sales representatives.
• Assist with other daily office tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable making and receiving customer phone calls.

Previous administrative, scheduling, or customer service experience is a plus! Experience in the paving or construction industry is helpful but not required.
