THE JOB:

As a Cook at Four Sixes Ranch Steakhouse, you will bring the spirit of the American West to life by skillfully applying classic culinary techniques and crafting dishes that elevate premium cuts of beef and bold Texas-inspired flavors. You will set the stage for a legendary guest experience, delivering beautifully executed plates with pride and passion. By understanding our guests' unique stories and anticipating kitchen needs, you will own their culinary journey to create WOW memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $27.7192 Hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Maintain solid knowledge of our premium food products and skillfully apply culinary techniques with true steakhouse grit.
• Identify and safely operate specialized kitchen equipment with precision and respect for your tools.
• Restock kitchen supplies and fresh ingredients required for a high-volume, legendary dinner service.
• Properly label, date, and rotate products to ensure the absolute safekeeping, sanitation, and integrity of our ingredients.
• Maintain solid menu knowledge and sharp attention to detail with every single plate presentation.
• Assist kitchen leadership and fellow cooks in the flawless execution of service under pressure.
• Maintain solid knowledge, understanding, and preparation of our signature base sauces, stocks, and heritage soups.
• Work as a unified team and assist all guests and team members with genuine western hospitality.
  

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 1+ Years of prior relevant experience as a Cook preferred
• 1+ Years of prior relevant experience in a similar resort setting preferred
• Formal Culinary training preferred
