Home Care Staffing Supervisor

Friendship is looking for a Full Time Staffing Supervisor to join our Home Care team, located in Roanoke, VA. The Home Care Staffing Supervisor is responsible for providing direct support to the director and Home Care Staff.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Scheduling staff to ensure that clients receive the best care
Develop, maintain, and organize filing and retrieval systems; proper filing and maintain of patient information and records meeting HIPAA compliance guidelines.
Demonstrate adaptability, dependability, required attendance and punctuality as outlined in departmental policies and procedures
Cooperate and participate in support of the organization by demonstrating compliance with Friendship Retirement Community policies and procedures
Manage various projects as needed
Act as back up for on call, payroll, medication set ups and director as needed

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED
Valid Driver's License in the State of Virginia
Must have reliable transportation at all hours and have the ability to travel within 50 mile radius of office location
Must posses excellent customer service skills, time management skills and oral and written communication skills
Must be a self-starter, work independently, ability to multi-task and follow scheduled plans
This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching all day. The employee must frequently lift or move objects weighing over 50 pounds
CNA license or NA certificate preferred
