Senior Specialist, Business Planning and Analysis

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Business Planning and Analysis to join our Wealth Management team. This role is located in New York, NY.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Conduct analyses and reporting in support of business operations, special projects, initiatives, and operational planning activities.
• Gather, organize, and review operational data and metrics, applying established processes and precedents.
• Analyze and synthesize data, then compile findings into reports and presentations for technical and business audiences.
• Support project teams by providing analytical expertise to help achieve project objectives.
• Contribute to team objectives and provide guidance to less experienced staff as needed.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years of total work experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and business partners.
• Familiarity with organization and function operations, including metrics, performance indicators, and reporting protocols.
