Position Title: Role Players - Cultural

Location: Camp Mackall, NC, Fort Bragg, NC

Clearance required: No security clearance required

Scope of Work: Provide cultural and civilian role play for assessment, selection, and qualification exercises, adding human-terrain realism that tests student engagement and decision-making.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Portray cultural and civilian roles with non-standard appearance. 
• Support dilemma-based scenarios and high-pressure engagements. 
• Adjust responses based on student performance. 

Qualifications

• English speaking; non-standard appearance (clothing, grooming, demeanor) 
• Experience in dilemma-based scenarios and high-pressure tactics 
• United States citizen or legally documented alien without adverse background information 
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English 
• Pass E-Verify and the Government counterintelligence-focused security review; medically fit for field conditions
