Service Rep - CDL A Driver (Tues - Fri, Local Routes)

Blue Ridge Beverage Company, Inc., a leading beverage distributor serving Central and Southwest Virginia, is seeking a full-time CDL-A Service Representative to deliver pre-sold drinks to local retailers. 

Position Info 

• High-touch freight 
• Local routes, 3-day weekends
• Constant bending, stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, etc required
• Drug screen including THC and background check with no felonies required.

Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• CDL Class A license with current medical card.
• Excellent driving record.
• Strong math, verbal and written communication skills preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The following list of physical requirements are required to perform the entire job: standing; walking; sitting; stooping; fine finger and hand manipulation; speaking clearly; hearing to be able to maintain conversation; seeing to be able to read and to drive a vehicle; and lifting, moving, and carrying 25-40 lbs. repetitively, and occasionally up to 170 lbs. when handling kegs. Must be able to bend, lift, carry, climb, stoop and stack product using a hand truck or electric pallet jack.
