  • Represent clients before USCIS, EOIR, and local immigration courts.
  • Research complex immigration issues and regulatory changes to support innovative legal arguments.
  • Collaborate with and potentially mentor junior attorneys and legal staff, based on experience level.

  • Minimum 3 years of immigration law experience.
  • Spanish fluency.
  • Demonstrated expertise in, or strong commitment to, humanitarian and family-based immigration.
  • Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter mentality, with the ability to work independently and collaborate in a fast-paced, mission-driven team.
  • Technological proficiency, including comfort with remote collaboration tools and case management platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with VAWA, U visas, T visas, SIJS, I-601A waivers, and removal defense.
  • Court representation experience.
  • Filevine or comparable case management software experience.
  • 5+ years of immigration law experience for senior-level consideration.
