About the Role

We are looking for a dependable and hands-on Event Setup Assistant to help prepare event spaces for promotional activities, presentations, and special gatherings. This role is suited to someone who enjoys practical tasks, working as part of a team, and ensuring that every detail is ready before an event begins. Training is available for candidates who are organized, proactive, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with arranging event spaces, displays, tables, signage, and promotional materials.

• Prepare event areas according to setup instructions and presentation guidelines.

• Organize supplies and check that materials are ready before activities begin.

• Help maintain a clean, safe, and professional event environment.

• Support event breakdown and return materials to their designated storage areas.

• Coordinate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and on schedule.

• Provide general assistance during events when needed.
