For your role on the team, you will: - Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the company’s talent needs. - Lead and manage the recruiting team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities. - Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring and onboarding. - Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans. - Utilize data and analytics to measure recruitment performance and make data-driven decisions. - Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. - Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent sources. - Promote the company’s employer brand to attract top talent. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment. **Bring our shared values to life:** - **ONE TEAM:** Share context.
