ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - ADVERTISING

As a Marketing and Advertising Assistant, you have the opportunity to create and execute multiple marketing events and campaigns that leave a lasting impression on the customer. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing and advertising channels.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Key analytics for various reports and projects
Format image as requested; re-formats images and content as needed
Communicate with Marketing Manager regarding design and conceptualization of campaigns and print advertising
Develop creative visual concepts for Marketing and Advertising; execute ideas that reflect and enhance the company image
Communicate with merchandising personnel, management and/or vendors to ensure product availability and artwork delivery, and for approval of projects and artwork

Print Mailer Assistant

Key photoshoot orders and analytics for various reports
Maintain templates; edit as needed
Communicate with merchandising to obtain necessary information
Communicate with external parties: vendor reps and print house
Compile examples of photography for mailer production
Organize, pack, and send product for photoshoot
Pull and share mail list
Compose, copy and distribute memos, letters and mailing pieces to stores, customers and business partners
