Job description
The Center at CenterPlace is Greeley's premier, dedicated short-term rehabilitation facility featuring 54 private suites, state of the art rehabilitation equipment, and care delivered in a hotel-like setting.
Our center is seeking team-oriented Full Time Night Shift Licensed Practical Nurses who are dedicated to patient outcomes and customer service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Licensed Practical Nurses Administers and documents the administrations of medications and treatments per physician orders
- Evaluates patients routinely and with changes of condition
- Licensed Practical Nurses communicates changes of condition, test results, etc. as per company policy
- Educates patients as necessary
- Ensures the patient care plan is implemented
- Licensed Practical Nurses Supervises and coordinates CNAs
Full Time: Night Shift
Pay: Hourly $36-$42

Valid LPN license
