Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time & PRN

Full Time Rate:  $30-36/hour   $5000 Sign On Bonus

PRN:  $35-40/hour

Vertical Health Services is hiring Physical Therapist Assistants to join our in-house therapy team in St. Louis, MO. We're a locally managed, rapidly growing provider with 16 rehab facilities across Missouri - offering one consistent location, no travel between buildings, and a recently updated facility with a new therapy gym and equipment.

What You'll Do

• Assist in delivering treatment plans across a diverse caseload - orthopedic, neurological, short-term rehab, and long-term care
• Work under the direction of the supervising Physical Therapist to support patient mobility and functional goals
• Collaborate with an in-house interdisciplinary therapy team
• Document care and track patient progress in line with SNF standards
• Use current equipment and modalities in our newly updated therapy gym

What You'll Need

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in Missouri (or eligibility)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach

SNF experience is a plus, but new grads are encouraged to apply.
