Job description

Description

Chandler is seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong leadership skills and experience managing complex projects in a manufacturing environment. We design and build retail environments, branded spaces, and custom fixtures. This role leads projects from planning through production and installation, develops project management talent, and improves how work moves across departments.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and develop people. Coach and mentor project managers, establish clear expectations, and hold teams accountable for project results.
  • Manage complex manufacturing projects. Own scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables while balancing client expectations with production capabilities.
  • Drive cross-functional execution. Coordinate with sales, design, engineering, sourcing, production, and installation to resolve challenges and keep projects moving.
  • Build strong client relationships. Lead project communications, manage expectations, and address changes, risks, and issues proactively.
  • Protect quality and profitability. Monitor costs, capacity, milestones, and quality; take action when performance falls off track.
  • Lead improvements across departments. Strengthen project handoffs, communication, and workflows, including the use of technology and automation.
  • Ensure effective project closeout. Complete financial and project documentation, capture lessons learned, and turn findings into improvements.

Pay Range

$90,000 - $120,000 (+ profit sharing)
