MIRACORP is seeking a Records Services Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will process payments accurately, maintain complete transaction records, and provide professional customer service. This position is in support of Department of State, Directorate of Passport Services.

Essential Functions

• Process cash, credit, debit, and check transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Follow company policies and standards for all transactions.
• Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Balance cash registers and prepare transaction reports.
• Assist customers with transactions, answer inquiries, and resolve transaction-related issues.
• Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor and a positive customer experience.

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Ability to pass a federal background check.
• Must possess a SECRET personnel security clearance.
• High school diploma and 3 years of relevant experience.
• Payment processing.
• Cash balancing.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience with the U.S. Department of State is preferred.
