Beli helps you build organized restaurant lists and maps, share them with friends, and discover new spots around the world according to your personal taste. As a **Data Science Intern** at Beli, you’ll have the opportunity to transform one of the world’s largest restaurant and dining datasets into meaningful insights that shape the future of the product. Over the course of a 10-week, high-impact internship, you’ll work closely with the CTO, CEO, and product team to analyze user behavior, evaluate product performance, and identify opportunities for growth. Your work will directly inform product priorities, user experience improvements, and business strategy in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. **Explore & Analyze:** Dive into Beli’s user and restaurant data to uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities that inform product and business decisions. **Derive Insights:** Conduct exploratory analyses and create data-driven recommendations that guide new product features, retention strategies, and growth initiatives. **Visualize & Communicate:** Build clear, actionable dashboards and visualizations that make complex data accessible to the entire team. **Experiment & Evaluate:** Partner with product and engineering to design and assess experiments (e.g., A/B tests) that measure the impact of product changes. **Collaborate & Present:** Share findings and insights with cross-functional teams and leadership to help shape Beli’s strategic direction. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field Experience with data analysis tools such as Python, SQL, and data visualization libraries (e.g., pandas, matplotlib, Tableau, Looker) Strong analytical and statistical skills, with experience working with large datasets Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with curiosity about user behavior and product growth
