We are currently seeking candidates for the Food & Beverage/Theatre Manager Manager position.

What We Do:

• Supports the General Manager by leading Team Members in day-to-day operations
• Oversees all aspects of business in theatres, games, concession, and bar
• Monitors, measures, and reports on operational issues and opportunities
• Ensures company policy and standards are followed

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Minimum of 2 years as a manager in the hospitality industry
• Ability to attract, develop, and retain top hourly talent
• Proficient in addressing guest concerns
• High level of business acumen and common sense
• Strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels of an organization
• Demonstrated computer knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, POS)
• The minimum age requirement for this role is 21
• Ability to read, speak, and understand English sufficiently to provide clear Guest service, follow safety procedures, and perform job responsibilities.
