Salary and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110,000 - $135,000 – Based on years of experience
Fiscal year bonus based on productivity
Health Insurance Employers Pays: (1st day of the month following 60 days)
- 80% for Employee
- 50% for Employee & Spouse or Employee & Children

Responsibilities

4 x 10-hour shifts (rotating schedule) – every other weekend
Hours during Mon – Fri shifts are 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM | Sat & Sun 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
100% outpatient – Walk in clinic
No On call
Appropriate clinical documentation through their Athena EMR
Full Support Staff
Directly reports to CMO
