The company partners with **third-party general contractors** to build their developments, and this role will act as the **daily eyes and ears for the ownership team**, protecting the company’s investment and ensuring project execution aligns with development goals. Key responsibilities include oversight across **preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, and construction execution**, while maintaining strong communication between ownership, contractors, and consultants.
