THE JOB:
As a Bus Runner at ARIA, you will support seamless restaurant operations by maintaining clean, organized, and guest-ready dining areas. You will clear and reset tables, restock side stations with dishes, silverware, glassware, and condiments, and work closely with Food Servers to ensure timely food delivery and exceptional service. Your attention to detail, sense of urgency, and teamwork will help create the polished dining experience expected at ARIA.

THE STARTING RATE: $15.21

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Maintain food and beverage station in a clean and orderly manner
• Clean and sanitize all equipment
• Keep floors free of debris and spills
• Sweep and mop floor, and empty garbage, as required by the venue
• Maintain par stock levels in the beverage station
• Clean and sanitize tables and chairs
• Retrieve orders the warehouse and stock storeroom
• Assist with proper stock rotation
• Run food as required by the Department
• Perform other job-related duties as requested
  

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Is 21+ years of age
• Is available to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
• Preferably has experience in a similar resort setting
