Experienced Dental Recruiter

**We are looking for an experienced Dental Recruiter to join our growing team!** We are seeking a motivated and experienced recruiter who understands the dental industry and can identify, attract, and hire top dental professionals. ### Responsibilities - Recruit dental professionals, including Dentists, Dental Assistants, Hygienists, Treatment Coordinators, Office Managers, and other dental staff. - Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and other recruiting platforms. - Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and screen candidates. - Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Maintain an organized candidate pipeline and provide regular recruitment updates. - Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. - Help ensure positions are filled quickly with qualified candidates. - Build and maintain a strong network of dental professionals. ### Requirements - **2+ years of recruiting experience** , preferably in the dental or healthcare industry. - Strong understanding of dental positions and qualifications. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and follow-up skills. - Ability to manage multiple open positions at the same time. - Experience using recruiting platforms such as **Indeed, LinkedIn, and ATS systems** . - Ability to work independently and meet hiring goals. - Strong attention to detail. ### Preferred - Experience recruiting for dental offices, DSOs, or multi-location dental groups. - Experience with high-volume recruitment. - Familiarity with dental terminology and common dental roles. **If you are an experienced recruiter who knows how to find great dental talent, we would love to hear from you!**
