Master Builder

What You'll Do

• Build and assemble custom garage doors according to CAD drawings and specifications.
• Measure materials accurately and use hand and production tools safely and effectively.
• Identify wood species and inspect and repair defects in wood and plywood.
• Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy, quality, and craftsmanship.
• Meet production requirements while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and communicate production or quality concerns.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in construction, woodworking, manufacturing, assembly, or other hands-on work is preferred.
• Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure.
• Ability to follow drawings, specifications, work instructions, and established procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Dependable, safety-minded, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness and ability to learn new tools, processes, and production requirements.
