This is an opportunity for an experienced data scientist to play a key role in shaping product strategy through advanced analytics and actionable insights. Reporting to the VP of Analytics & Data Science, you will work closely with business partners and senior leaders to understand product performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement. You will bring together strong technical expertise, analytical rigor, and business acumen to turn complex data into clear recommendations. As a trusted resource for product insights, you will help guide strategic decisions and support the organization’s broader objectives. The role offers meaningful visibility and the opportunity to make a measurable impact in a remote working environment.

Accountabilities

Deliver high-quality data analysis and actionable insights to support business partners and inform strategic decisions.
Serve as a key point of contact for product performance analytics, helping stakeholders understand trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Apply advanced analytical methods to investigate product-related questions and generate evidence-based recommendations.
Translate complex findings into clear, relevant insights that can guide product strategy and executive decision-making.
Partner with business stakeholders and the executive team to provide analytical support for key priorities.
Use technical expertise and commercial understanding to identify opportunities to improve product performance and business outcomes.
Maintain a high standard of analytical quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in data science, product analytics, or a closely related analytical field.
Strong technical and advanced analytics capabilities, with the ability to work with complex data and produce reliable, high-quality analysis.
Strong business acumen and the ability to connect analytical findings to product strategy and organizational priorities.
Experience translating data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders and senior leadership.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain analytical findings and recommendations to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.
High level of motivation, initiative, and attention to detail.
Proven ability to make an impact quickly by combining technical expertise with sound business judgment.

Benefits:

Starting annual pay range: $145,000–$170,000 USD.
Work arrangement: Fully remote within the United States.
