Job Summary

The Accounts Payable Clerk / Cashier is responsible for a variety of accounting and administrative tasks, including posting transactions to the general ledger, and supporting accounts receivable/payable functions.

Responsibilities:

• Reconciling and posting daily deposits to the general ledger.
• Receive, review and process vendor invoices for payment.
• Reconcile vendor statements and processing payments.
• Maintaining and reconciling accounting schedules regularly.
• Receive cash, checks, credit cards for payment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Excel experience helpful.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
