Working closely with the General Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, support department leaders, and keep the property running smoothly. This role calls for someone who can move confidently between guest service, team leadership, and the business side of hospitality.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest relations.
• Coach and develop team members, coordinate training, and manage scheduling across departments.
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and follow-through.
• Help manage budgets, monitor expenses, and support financial planning and reporting.
• Maintain brand standards through regular property inspections and attention to cleanliness, safety, and service.
• Keep departments connected and coordinate with Accounting on property needs.
• Support food and beverage operations as needed.
• Take charge of hotel operations in the General Manager’s absence and provide Manager on Duty coverage.

What You Bring

• At least 3 years of hotel management or supervisory experience.
• A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel/Restaurant Management, or Business—or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build accountability and teamwork.
• Sound judgment, financial awareness, and a practical approach to solving problems.
• Comfort using hotel systems and business software.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
