Project Scheduler

**Aviation Technology Associates (AVTECH Global) is looking for a Project Scheduler in Tulsa, OK.** **Position Purpose:** Perform various administrative functions relating to scheduling and initiating actions in a manufacturing environment. Coordinate with other departments to obtain production status with regard to the master production schedule. **Responsibilities:** - Experience building and maintaining project schedules for multiple, interdependent projects. - Supports the program office in meeting budget and schedule targets by analyzing project performance metrics against established plans. - Overlays resources and plans to ensure appropriate resource allocations. - Reporting variances and assisting in the development of corrective actions. - Coordinates the communication and presentation of project status by collecting and preparing inputs for project status meetings. - Perform other duties as assigned. ***Education and Experience Requirements:*** - Bachelor's degree in business administration, materials management, operations management, manufacturing engineering or related curriculum required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. - Aerospace manufacturing or certification experience. - Expert knowledge in MS Project. **Schedule / Shift:** 1st shift (8am to 5pm) **Job Type:** Full-time **Benefits:** - coverage of up to one-half of employee's medical insurance premium for a base plan - per diem split (if qualified) - 401(k) with matching ***Must be a US citizen or permanent resident.***
