The Guest Attendant position is an important role; GA is the first person our guests encounter and sometimes the only person guests talk to at our car wash. Guest Attendants should have the following traits: The greeter should be a positive, public relations person for the wash, who makes each visit to the wash an enjoyable one from a personnel perspective. **Responsibilities** The Guest Attendant greets guests and assists in selecting the best wash package or wash program for their vehicle, educates the guests on all services and offers any special promotions. It’s important to inspect the vehicle for its washability: This role reports directly to the Manager and involves no direct supervisory responsibilities.
