We offer a collaborative culture, real career growth, and benefits that invest in your future. **What You’ll Do:** - Assisting in the recruiting process, including job postings, candidate screening and interview coordination. - Maintain and update job descriptions and job postings in the applicant tracking system (ATS). - Coordinating new hire orientation and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. - Maintain accurate and up to date employment records in the HRIS. - Generate reports from HRIS as needed for various HR initiatives and compliance requirements. - Create new hire profiles in the performance management system. - Coordinating the performance review process. - Assist in the development and distribution of HR policies and employee communications. - Act as point of contact for employees HR related inquiries and provide a timely response. - Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events. **What We’re Looking For:** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field of study. - 3+ years of human resources experience. - Proficiency with software related products such as Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams and OneNote). **Why GPFS?** - Strong training plans and materials provided. - Competitive Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance. - Company-Paid Life Insurance & 401(k). - Generous PTO, Sick Time & Paid Holidays. - Hybrid Scheduling after probation period. - Inclusive, team-oriented culture where people come first. **✨ At GPFS, every voice matters and every win is shared.
